To book an apartment with us you will
have to pay a booking deposit. The
booking deposit might be 30% of the
rental and 50% for New Year`s Eve period
or the Carnival period.
(this amount is not
refundable if the guests cancel the
reservation)

The reservation payment can be paid
either by bank wire to our Brazilian
account
Please note that the rest of the rent is
payable cash upon arrival, when a member
of our staff will be waiting for you at the
apartment on the date/time arranged to
give you the keys, and sign the contract
.When you sign the rental contract a
$ 100 USD up to a $ 1.000 USD (depending
on the apartment) deposit is needed for
the furniture and other belongings in the
apartment. This amount will be fully
returned at the check out, subject to
deductions in case of damages.

when you check-in, you can call me at
your arrival and know if the apt is
avaiable.
